At Art of Hair Raw Collection, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw human hair. Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery only if the product remains unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in its original factory- sealed packaging.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on hair products that have been:
- Opened
- Worn
- Installed
- Altered
- Colored
- Washed
- Brushed or combed
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artdelacoiffure1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if you experience any issues.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received incorrect.
